All meeting rooms are equipped with LCD, PC (PowerPoint facilities), speakers, and internet. There will also be technicians available to provide assistance.

Please

·         Assemble in your session room at least 5 minutes before the session is due to start.

·         Ensure that your presentation is within the time given. A sign will be given by the chairman of the parallel session twice: on minute 10 and 13. Allow some time for Q&A session.
