REGISTRATION & ACCOMODATION

All presenters are required to do online registration for the full conference programme and pay the conference registration fee in full.
There are four different presenter registration options:

 

Domestics         

Teacher/Student IDR 1.500.000*
Non-Teacher/Student     IDR 2.000.000*

Overseas                                 

All participants                IDR 3.000.000*

The fee includes access to all sessions, conference pack, certificate of attendance and presentation, lunch and refreshments during the day programme, and the publication of paper manuscripts in the CRC Press. City tour fee is not included.

 

Extra Papers:

1 extra paper                        IDR 1.200.000*

Authors with additional paper(s) are required to pay IDR 1.200.000 for each additional/extra paper in the programme and their publication.

 

Audience/non-presenting participant registration fees:

Non Presenting Participant IDR 1.000.000

 

The fee includes access to all sessions, conference pack, certificate of attendance and presentation, lunch and refreshments during the day programme, and gala dinner. City tour fee is not included.

Changes and cancellations

Please send any changes and cancellations to our OFFICIAL EMAIL ADRRESS (XXXX) in written form. Refunds will be processed after the conference. Please send your bank account details in the written cancellation, unless you paid by credit card.

100% refund: in case of cancellation received before 20 September, 2018
No refund: in case of cancellation, received after 20 September, 2018

*) Publication fee is included and refundable upon full-paper rejection

Official final invoices and receipts for fees paid by the presenters or participants will be handed over on site at the registration desk.

On site registration fees and optional programmes can be paid in IDR. Besides, credit cards listed above will be accepted. Please note that we do not accept cheques. They should be cashed at the banks.
