Submission Guide for Author

Full Paper of the proposed presentations should be submitted online by completing the form available at the conference website: by 31 July 2018 To guarantee smooth administration, the whole submission process is done fully online and NOT by email. Here is the procedure:

  1. Create new account (click menu Register)
  2. Completing the identity
  3. Check your email and active your account (If you do not find the email in your inbox, please check your spam filter)
  4. Login to your account (click menu Login
  5. Submit full paper
  6. Wait until the comittee announce the full paper review result
  7. After announcement of full paper acceptance, make the payment and upload the payment proof through our online system (NOT email)
  8. Revise your paper according to the review, and upload it though our online system (NOT email)
  9. Wait for the final announcement of paper acceptance for publication
