Payments are made by transfering to BNI (Swift code : BNINIDJAUGM), Account number : 0728307254, on behalf of the ISBBE 2018 committee chairman : SUYITNO AL. Proof of payment needs to be uploaded in our website system.

1. Registration fee includes all seminar kits and materials, networking facilitation, coffee breaks, and lunch. Hotel and travel costs are excluded. Field Trip or City Tour  to one of 5 choices of destination is also excluded.
2. Cancellation and refund can be made up to 14 days prior to the implementation of the activities.
3. The published manuscript in Scopus-indexed proceedings will be subjected to a surcharge of IDR 1,500,000  (For manuscript published by  Scopus-indexed journals, there will be a different policy on payment).
4. On site payment will be charged extra IDR 200.000.

Note :

1. For the authors whose papers selected on the SCOPUS indexed proceedings or accepted in journals must transfer the fee to BNI account on behalf of ISBBE 2018 committee : IXORA SARTIKA MERCURIANI, Account number : 0599736413, SWIFT code : BNINIDJAUGM. 
2. Please provide the author name.
3. In specific, a domestic participant has to transfer the SCOPUS fee including a code number of the paper or article.
4. (For example, if a main author receives a "1" as the code number of paper or article, he / she has to pay IDR 1.500.001; If a main author receives a "103" as the code number of paper or article, he / she has to pay IDR 1.500.103; etc.)
5. Due date of payment: Saturday, December 15, 2018.
