The core of the TPACK framework is the complex interaction of the three main forms of knowledge. TPACK's approach includes three key knowledge of Content (CK), Pedagogy (PK), and Technology (TK). The TPACK framework goes further by emphasizing the type of knowledge that exists at the junction between three main forms: Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK), Knowledge Content Technology (TCK), Pedagogical Technology Knowledge (TPK), and Knowledge of Pedagogical Technology Content (TPACK). The International Seminar on Science Education (ISSE) is the major opportunity each year to provide a platform for international education practitioners, teaching staff, researchers, and other stakeholders to learn about major science education trends, especially TPACK and to network with Indonesia and international colleagues. Special emphasis is placed on promoting interaction between the education sciences, so that a high-level exchange in new and emerging areas within Chemistry, Physics, and Biology, all areas of sciences is achieved. The seminar aims to keep abreast of the current development and innovation in the area of science education as well as providing an engaging platform for participants to share knowledge and expertise in related disciplines. Through such a process, the field of science education will progress and be enriched.
