1. The Multiple Presenter Rate applies to authors who have already paid the full fee but plan to submit additional papers.
2. Co-authors must register separately and submit the same abstract as the main author.
3. Additional papers from the same authors can be submitted using presenter online registration system.
4. This fee is only valid after full payment by main author. A new invoice will be issued to reflect tha change in rates.

1. Fee is inclusive of: admission to symposium venue, keynote, and parallel sessions; lunch and coffee breaks; symposium kit; certificate; publication of paper in symposium proceeding.
2. The fee does NOT cover traveling expenses and lodging for participants.
3. Students must upload valid student ID when prompted by our online registration system.
4. Co-authors must register and make a payment separately.
5. Only paid participants will be allowed into the venue and receive symposium certificate.
6. All of the above fees and conditions may change without notice.

Refund Policy

1. All refund requests must be made in writing through email or an official letter.
2. Refundable fee is only qualified for 50% to cover administrative costs incurred.
3. Refund requests must be made  no later than 30 days before the start of event.  Withdrawals made after this date do not qualify for a refund.
4. No refunds will be made to participants for event cancellaations as results of force majeure such as natural disasters or other similarly unpredictable  circumstances.
