KEMAMPUAN PELARUTAN FOSFAT OLEH BAKTERI TERMOFILIK PADA VARIASI SUHU DAN pH

Sebagian besar keberadaan fosfat dalam tanah sebagai unsur essensial bagi tanaman dalam bentuk terikat. Fosfat terikat harus diubah menjadi bentuk tersedia bagi tanaman melalui proses pelarutan dan mineralisasi yang dipengaruhi oleh bakteri pelarut fosfat. Salah satu Bakteri Pelarut Fosfat adalah bersifat termofilik yang aktivitasnya dipengaruhi oleh suhu dan pH. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui suhu dan pH yang optimal serta pengaruhnya terhadap aktivitas pelarutan fosfat oleh bakteri pelarut fosfat termofilik pasca erupsi Merapi.
