The presenter does not need to make all the payments mentioned above (early bird, pre-registration, and on-site registration). The date above shows the amount that must be paid on the day you make the payment. Example: if you transfer on September 30, you are in the Early Bird category. If you make a payment on October 10, the amount you have to transfer corresponds to the amount in the pre-registration category. Conference fee + publication fee is done at the beginning. If later, the full paper that you send does not pass to the selected journal /conference proceeding, then it will be returned. Hope this clarify you.

Presenter tidak perlu melakukan semua pembayaran yang disebutkan di atas (early bird, pre-registration dan on-site registration). Tanggal di atas menunjukkan jumlah yang harus di bayarkan di hari Anda melakukan pembayaran. Contoh: jika Anda mentransfer di tanggal 30 September, maka Anda masuk ke kategori Early Bird . Jika Anda melakukan pembayaran di tanggal 10 Oktober, jumlah yang harus Anda transfer sesuai dengan jumlah di kategori pre-registration. Conference fee+publication fee dibayarkan di awal, jika nanti full paper yang Anda kirimkan tidak lolos ke jurnal/ proceeding seminar maka akan dikembalikan kembali.
