Submission Guide for Author

Paper Submission 

To guarantee smooth administration, the whole submission process is done fully online and NOT by email. Here is the procedure:

  1. Create new account (click menu Register)
  2. Completing the identity
  3. Check your email and active your account
  4. Login to your account (click menu Login)
  5. Submit your full paper
  6. Wait until the comittee announce the paper review result
  7. Revise your paper according to the review, and upload it though our online system (NOT email)
  8. Wait for the final announcement of paper acceptance for publication
  9. After announcement of paper acceptance, make the payment and upload the payment proof through our online system (NOT email)
