Registration fee includes the following items:

• Welcome reception
• Conference kit
• Printed certificate
• Cofee breaks on the presentation day
• Lunch on the presentation day
• Welcome dinner

Once your paper is accepted the registration process begins, you have to complete the following steps:

Step 1 – Registration fee

It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the technical program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, there will charge on additional papers.

The regular fee will be charged up to 8 pages and after that additional USD 10 (international) or IDR 100.000 (domestic) per additional page will be charged.

For the authors/non authors must transfer the registration fee to: BNI account on behalf of ICCIE 2018, Account number 8886161619, SWIFT code: BNINIDJAxxx Please provide the author name. In specific, a domestic participant has to transfer registration fee including a code number of the article. For example, if a main author receives a "1" as the code number of article, he/she has to pay IDR 2.000.001.

On site payment will be charged extra IDR 200.000.

For the authors whose papers selected on the Scopus & ISI Thompson conference proceedings must pay an indexing fee $75 or IDR 1.000.000

For the authors whose papers selected on the Scopus & ISI Thompson conference proceedings must transfer the fee to BNI account on behalf of ICCIE 2018, Account number 8886161619,  SWIFT code: BNINIDJAxxx  Please provide the author name. In specific, a domestic participant has to transfer the SCOPUS fee including a code number of the article. For example, if a main author receives a "1" as the code number of article, he/she has to pay IDR 1.000.001

Step 2 – Copyright Transfer

Authors have to sign (for the individual paper) registration and submit it online.

Step 3 – Camera ready paper submission

All the paper must follow the ICCIE-2018 guidelines and must be submitted as Microsoft word DOC or DOCX or latex format.

Step 4 – Registration

ONLY submit the filled registration form (.doc/.docx/.tex format) + final paper/poster/abstract (.doc/.docx/.tex format) that you like to present in the conference.

Accepted and registered papers will have the following three options:

1. International Publisher by Atlantis Press

     The proceedings series should be then indexed by ISI CPCI by Thomson Reuters.

2.  Special Issue Journals

      3 International journals 

3.  DOAJ indexed journals

     Jurnal Prima Eduaksia (JPE) template

     Other PPs Journals template

3. Regular ICCIE proceedings indexed by Google Scholar.

One registration is must to publish a paper and in that ONLY one person can attend the conference and can get all as mentioned in “one registration fee” above. If coauthor also like to register then each coauthor has to pay the USD 60 (international) or IDR 700.000 (domestic) in order to register and get all things as covered in “one registration fee” above.

If author has more than one paper in the same conference then the author has to pay the USD 50 (international) or IDR 500.000 (domestic) in order to publish the additional paper.
