Abstracts will be reviewed by academic committee, only qualified abstract and has a novelty will be invited to be presented.

ABSTRACT TERMS

Abstract is written in English. The maximum length of the abstract is 250 words. Abstract contains a title with 15 words maximum, author(s) name(s) and affiliation including email address, the body of abstract which includes: objective(s), method, results of the study, 5 words (max) of keywords and follows the provisions of  ISBBE 2018 Abstract Template.  Abstracts should be uploaded through the ISBBE 2018 website.

MANUSCRIPTS TERM AND SUBMISSION

The manuscript should be written in English based on the provided template. The template used for the ISBBE 2018 international seminar refers to the JPCS - IOP template : JPCS A4 Template - IOP and JPCS Example Word Document - IOP. The length of paper is 8 pages maximum and  sent through website  http://seminar.uny.ac.id/isbbe2018.

PROCEDURE REGISTRATION

Once your paper is accepted, the registration process is begun, you have to complete the following registration procedure:

Step 1 – Registration fee

It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the technical program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, there will discount on additional papers registration.

The regular fee will be charged up to 8 pages and after that additional USD 10 (international) or IDR 100.000 (domestic) per additional page will be charged.

Selected papers that have the opportunity to be published in a scopus-indexed international journal, the process of revision of the manuscript 
and bill payment is settled jointly or with the publisher under the terms of the publisher concerned.

For the authors whose papers selected on the SCOPUS indexed proceedings or accepted in journals must transfer the fee to BNI account on behalf of ISBBE 2018 committee : IXORA SARTIKA MERCURIANI, Account number : 0599736413, SWIFT code : BNINIDJAUGM.  Please provide the author name. In specific, a domestic participant has to transfer the SCOPUS fee including a code number of the paper or article. (For example, if a main author receives a "1" as the code number of paper or article, he / she has to pay IDR 1.500.001; If a main author receives a "103" as the code number of paper or article, he / she has to pay IDR 1.500.103; etc.). Due date of payment: Saturday, December 15, 2018.

Step 2 – Copyright Transfer

Authors have to sign (for the individual paper) registration and submit it online.

Step 3 – Paper submission

All the paper should follow the guidelines and submitted as Microsoft word DOC or DOCX format.

Step 4 – Registration

ONLY submit the filled registration form (.doc/.docx/.tex format) + final paper/poster/abstract (.doc/.docx/.tex format) that you like to present in the conference.

The ISBBE 2018 provides opportunities to the presenters to publish their accepted and registered articles in the following publication outlets :

One registration is must to publish a paper and in that ONLY one person can attend the conference and can get all as mentioned in “one registration fee” above. If co-author also like to register then each co-author has to pay the USD 60 (international) or IDR 700.000 (domestic) in order to register and get all things as covered in “one registration fee” above.

If author has more than one paper in the same conference then the author has to pay the USD 50 (international) or IDR 500.000 (domestic) in order to publish the additional paper.
